Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in UAE.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
Core activities include creating strategic business development plans, managing key accounts, negotiating client contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align client needs with company solutions.
The role also involves market analysis, sales forecasting, and contributing to marketing strategies to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales
- Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of market analysis, strategic planning, and customer needs assessment
- Understanding of digital solutions like web applications, mobile apps, and software services
- Team-oriented with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
