Overview
**Job Summary** We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Business Development Manager** to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding AJ-AK Holdings’ business collaboration umbrella by identifying new partnership opportunities, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue growth across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic collaborations in Dubai and the UAE.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders across industries.
· Promote AJ-AK Holdings’ business collaboration model (Planning → Implementation → Operation → Revenue).
· Conduct market research to spot emerging opportunities and trends in Dubai’s business ecosystem.
· Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
· Negotiate collaboration agreements, MOUs, and partnership terms.
· Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
· Represent the company at networking events, business forums, and meetings.
· Work closely with the leadership team to align BD activities with overall company vision.
· Track and report on pipeline, conversions, and business development KPIs.
Requirements & Qualifications
· 4–8 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnership roles (experience in consulting, real estate, facilities management, or business setup services is a plus).
· Strong network in Dubai/UAE business community.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to handle multiple industries and adapt quickly.
· Self-motivated with a strong hunter mentality and target-driven approach.
· UAE driving license and own car is preferred.
· Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
