Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and performance-focused Business Development Manager with experience in the curtains and blinds sector.
This role is ideal for someone who can actively contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering strong sales results in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations
- Prepare proposals, handle negotiations, and close sales successfully
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of UAE experience in curtains & blinds or similar interior solutions industry
- Demonstrated success in sales and business development roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Capable of managing the full sales cycle independently
- Existing client network in the UAE is an added advantage
- UAE Driving License preferred
Compensation & Benefits

- Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
