Job Purpose
The role will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, growing strategic accounts, and positioning the company as a preferred end-to-end logistics partner across the UAE and Middle East region.
This role focuses on solution-led selling, combining warehousing, distribution, value-added services, and supply chain design, targeting regional customers and global ones seeking regional solutions.
The role requires a strong personal network, the ability to convert complex opportunities into long-term contracts, and close collaboration with products, operations, HSSEQ and finance teams.
Responsibilities
- Own new business development for Contracts Logistics and Supply Chain Solutions across UAE and regional markets.
- Leverage existing senior-level relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, Supply Chain Heads, Procurement Directors).
- Build and maintain a robust qualified pipeline of long-term warehousing and distribution contracts.
- Drive multi-year contract wins with scalable revenue and margin profiles.
- Lead customer negotiations covering pricing, SLAs, KPIs, and commercial structures.
- Warehousing & distribution models.
- Omnichannel and e-commerce fulfillment.
- Cold chain / ambient solutions.
- Automation-light and automation-ready setups.
- Translate customer supply chain pain points into tailored, cost-efficient solutions.
- Present data-driven proposals with clear value propositions (cost savings, service improvement, scalability).
- Develop sector-specific strategies and pipelines across sectors in line with the business strategy.
- Act as commercial owner for key strategic accounts.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across all 3 PL products.
- Ensure contract renewals, volume growth, and margin protection.
- Support resolution of escalations in partnership with operations teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10–15 years in Contract Logistics / 3PL / Supply Chain Solutions
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Strong exposure to UAE and GCC markets (mandatory)
