We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the Forex industry to join a growing and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, and business partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging markets.
- Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking activities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Prepare and present business proposals and partnership agreements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Business Development experience within the Forex, CFDs, or Financial Services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Strong network of traders, Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, or industry contacts is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
