About This Role

What you’ll do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to drive high performance and accountability.
  • Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies to grow market share in the government sector.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with government entities, ensuring a strong sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key government stakeholders and high-value clients.
  • Monitor team and individual KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and drive team development.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and government procurement processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, customer service, and finance teams.
  • Lead and manage government tender processes — from proposal development to negotiation and compliance.
  • Act as a client advocate to ensure exceptional service and account retention.
  • Represent Fine Solutions at industry events, exhibitions, and official government-related meetings.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in related sectors.
  • Prior experience managing government accounts or selling to government entities is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of UAE government procurement processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with tendering procedures and proposal development for government clients.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze and report on sales performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic language proficiency is a must.
