Business Development Manager [ B2B ] – Government Channel
About This Role
What you’ll do:
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to drive high performance and accountability.
- Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies to grow market share in the government sector.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with government entities, ensuring a strong sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key government stakeholders and high-value clients.
- Monitor team and individual KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and drive team development.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and government procurement processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, customer service, and finance teams.
- Lead and manage government tender processes — from proposal development to negotiation and compliance.
- Act as a client advocate to ensure exceptional service and account retention.
- Represent Fine Solutions at industry events, exhibitions, and official government-related meetings.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in related sectors.
- Prior experience managing government accounts or selling to government entities is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of UAE government procurement processes and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with tendering procedures and proposal development for government clients.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze and report on sales performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic language proficiency is a must.
