Strategic Business Development

  • **Drive revenue growth through the promotion and commercialization of ADNOC HSE Training programs and specialized third-party training solutions.**
  • **Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on new business opportunities across the oil & gas, construction, manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectors.**
  • **Develop and execute market penetration strategies to expand the organization's corporate client portfolio.**

Corporate Relationship Management

  • **Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers, including HSE Directors, HR Leaders, Learning & Development Managers, and Procurement Professionals.**
  • **Position the organization as a preferred training partner through consultative engagement and value-driven solutions.**
  • **Cultivate long-term partnerships that generate recurring business and sustainable revenue streams.**

Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation

  • **Lead the end-to-end business development cycle, from prospecting and client acquisition to proposal submission, contract negotiation, and account management.**
  • **Prepare compelling commercial proposals, training solutions, and competitive quotations tailored to client requirements.**
  • **Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.**

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with training, operations, and client service teams to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.

Pipeline & Performance Management

  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurate forecasting through CRM systems and performance reporting tools.
  • Track key performance indicators and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
