About the Role
We are looking for an experienced **Business Development Manager – Fit-Out & MEP** to lead business growth, expand client relationships, and secure new project contracts in the UAE market.
This is a strategic sales role requiring strong industry connections, excellent negotiation skills, and a track record of achieving targets.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities in fit-out and MEP projects across the UAE market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and stakeholders
- Attend meetings and site visits to identify opportunities and assess project requirements
- Follow up on RFQs and quotations to secure project contracts
- Maintain the project pipeline and update CRM/sales tracking systems
- Achieve sales and revenue targets set by management
Requirements
- Proven experience in fit-out and MEP business development in the UAE
- Strong UAE market network with clients, consultants, and developers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills
- Ability to generate leads and close sales deals
- **Valid UAE driving license** (mandatory)
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
