Responsibilities

- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue potential partners and clients.
- Analyze market trends and identify potential areas for business growth and expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with company objectives.
- Lead negotiations and close new business deals that meet strategic goals and objectives.
- Provide insights and feedback on market developments and competitor activities.
- Schedule and attend meetings to present business development opportunities and results.
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations to effectively communicate business opportunities.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on overall business development performance and success metrics.
- Participate in industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, economic indicators, and competitor analysis.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills essential.
- Highly motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of success.
- Willing to travel as necessary to meet with clients and partners.
