The role
The intern will help grow qlub+, a diner subscription and rewards programme that gives members partner-venue perks and helps restaurants attract and retain guests.
The role supports signing restaurant partners across the UAE and learning the sales cycle from first outreach to venue launch.
What you’ll own
- Build target lists of restaurants, cafés, and hospitality groups.
- Pitch qlub+ to owners and managers by phone, email, and in person.
- Help shape partner offers and prepare proposals.
- Keep the CRM accurate and up to date.
- Track competing dining and rewards apps and share insights.
What you’ll need
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, in progress or recently completed.
- Fluent English and basic Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Strong organization and time management.
- Arabic, CRM experience, knowledge of the UAE food and beverage scene, or a UAE driving licence are bonuses.
- No prior sales experience is required.
Nice to have
- Experience in payments, fintech, hospitality technology, or a high-growth marketplace is a plus.
- A previous internship or part-time sales, customer service, or business development role is a plus.
- Familiarity with a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce, knowledge of the UAE food and beverage scene, Arabic, or a valid UAE driving licence are pluses.
