Business Development Executive – Visa Services (USA, UK, Schengen, Japan, China)
About This Role
Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to promote and sell international visa services including USA, UK, Schengen countries, Japan, and China. The role involves generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the travel and visa consultancy sector.
Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads for visa services to:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Japan
- China
- Schengen destinations
- Identify and acquire new clients through calls, meetings, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporates, and consultants
- Explain visa processes, documentation requirements, and service offerings to clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Upsell related services such as travel insurance, flight bookings, and hotel arrangements
- Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and sales activities
- Coordinate with internal visa processing teams for smooth application handling
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, travel, or visa consultancy
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of international visa processes is an advantage
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Experience in travel agency or visa consultancy
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Understanding of international travel markets
