Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven **Business Development Executive** to promote and sell international visa services including **USA, UK, Schengen countries, Japan, and China**.
The role involves generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the travel and visa consultancy sector.
Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads for visa services to:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Japan
- China
- Schengen destinations
- Identify and acquire new clients through calls, meetings, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporates, and consultants
- Explain visa processes, documentation requirements, and service offerings to clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Upsell related services such as travel insurance, flight bookings, and hotel arrangements
- Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and sales activities
- Coordinate with internal visa processing teams for smooth application handling
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, travel, or visa consultancy
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of international visa processes is an advantage
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Experience in travel agency or visa consultancy
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Understanding of international travel markets
