About YouStudy
YouStudy is a UK-based study abroad platform helping students access world-class universities across the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and other countries.
We are already receiving a steady flow of student enquiries from Saudi Arabia and we are now building a network of Authorised Associates — trusted local partners who introduce students to our platform and earn commission on every successful enrolment.
The Opportunity
We are expanding our footprint in the Middle East and looking for a highly driven **Business Development Executive (BDE)** based in Saudi Arabia to join us on a part-time basis.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind our B2B growth in the KSA market.
You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and onboarding high-quality language schools, educational centers, study abroad agents, independent counselors and other related institutions to become Authorised Associates of YouStudy.
This is a strategic, relationship-building position where you will help local institutions generate highly profitable revenue streams by referring their students to our global partner universities.
About the Role
- This is a part time, field-based Business Development Executive role for someone already living in Riyadh city - Saudi Arabia.
- Your job is to recruit and manage a network of Authorised Associates who refer students to YouStudy.
- Here is what makes this role different from a typical BDE position:
- YouStudy already receives warm student enquiries from Saudi Arabia. We divert these directly to your network — your Associates are not starting from scratch.
- No franchise fee, no upfront investment, and no exclusivity restriction.
- Flexible — approximately 20 hours per week, built around your existing commitments.
- Clear path to a full-time role as the network grows.
What You Will Do
- Market Expansion: Proactively identify, approach, and secure partnership agreements with potential Channel Partners to be Authorised Associates across Riyadh city in Saudi Arabia.
- Onboarding & Empowerment: Act as the field primary point of contact for new Associated partners, ensuring their teams are fully trained on YouStudy’s processes, compliance standards, and proprietary platform.
- Relationship Management: Nurture long-term partnerships through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and conduct continuous support and visits to help Associates maximize their referral volumes.
- Pipeline Management: Meticulously track all B2B leads, meetings, and conversion metrics using our custom-built CRM system.
- Market Intelligence: Serve as YouStudy’s eyes and ears in the KSA education market, providing insights that will help shape our regional strategy.
- Match warm student enquiries from YouStudy to the right Associate.
- Report weekly to the YouStudy management team.
What We Are Looking For
- Existing network of education sector contacts — agents, counsellors, schools, or education centres.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Saudi education or study abroad sector.
- Fluent in Arabic and English — written and spoken.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with a remote team.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Salary
SAR 2,000 per month (part time, approximately 20 hours/week Saturday-Thursday) plus performance bonus
