Overview
Hash Include is a 12-year systems engineering firm building production-grade software for governments and enterprises across the GCC.
Clients include Dubai Municipality, Emirates Post, ITC Abu Dhabi, the Saudi Water Sports and Diving Federation, and the UAE Ministry of Finance. 107 systems delivered. 77 clients. 100 percent of our revenue to date has come through referrals.
We are now adding structured outbound.
This role is the engine.
What you will do
- Build and refresh ICP target lists in Apollo.io
- Run a minimum of 50 personalized outbound emails per day across multi-step sequences
- Run LinkedIn outreach in parallel to the same accounts
- Triage every reply within 2 hours
- Lead discovery conversations and qualify hard
- Draft proposals from internal templates
- Close Compact Build engagements with founder support, and support the founder on larger deals
- Submit one written numbers report every Friday
- Who we are looking for
- 2 to 4 years of B2B sales or outbound experience
- Has run Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft as a daily tool
- Comfortable selling into CTO, CIO, COO, and Head of Digital Transformation buyers
- Has closed at least one B2B deal yourself, or is ready to take that step
- Bilingual Arabic and English is a strong advantage
- UAE resident or eligible to relocate at own cost
Compensation
- Base salary: AED 7,000 per month
- Close commission: 5 percent of contract value on every closed deal, no cap
- Pay: AED7,000.00 per month
