**Industry:** Education / Training Institute
**Experience:** 0–3 years (Freshers with strong communication can apply)
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to interested leads
- Handle incoming enquiries and convert them into enrollments
- Do regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Explain course details, fees, and career benefits clearly
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM
- Build and maintain relationships with students and professionals
- Achieve monthly targets for admissions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth conversions
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication skills (English mandatory, Hindi/Arabic is a plus)
- Confidence in calling and handling prospects
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools
- Strong follow-up and closing skills
- Target-oriented and positive attitude
Preferred Background
- Experience in EduTech / Training Institute / Sales / Telecalling is an advantage
- Familiarity with professional courses (Digital Marketing, IFRS, HR, etc.) is a plus
