Role overview
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business, build the sales pipeline, and manage end-to-end lead generation.
- Research target markets, qualify prospects, and conduct presentations and pitches.
- Work with internal teams on proposals and pricing strategies.
- Nurture client relationships, support account management and client satisfaction, and track revenue and growth targets.
- Report on business development activity, market trends, and competitive insights.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in digital agencies, technology, or marketing services, with a proven sales or business development track record.
- 2–5 years of relevant sales or business development experience and a record of personally winning and closing B2B business.
- Write clear proposals, confidently lead client conversations, own follow-ups, and keep opportunities moving.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, presentation, communication, business development, lead generation, and account management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, common office productivity software, and use of AI tools for research, preparation, and daily work.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
