WeCopy Fintech is a Canada-based fintech company specializing in copy trading, proprietary trading (prop firm) solutions, and forex brokerage services.
Through our flagship WeMasterTrade project, we provide funded trader programs, advanced trading tools, and high-quality education to support traders in today’s dynamic financial markets.
We are currently looking for a driven and knowledgeable Business Development Executive to support our
expansion in the Indian market.
Role Overview
This is an onsite position based in Dubai, focused primarily on promoting our prop firm (funded trading programs) within the Indian market.
The role also involves supporting other WeCopy Fintech products including copy trading solutions and forex brokerage services.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of forex, crypto, or prop trading, along with experience in sales, client handling, and digital content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development with a primary focus on prop firm (funded trader programs)
- Promote other WeCopy Fintech products including copy trading solutions and forex brokerage services
- Identify and engage potential clients within the forex, crypto, and trading communities
- Convert leads into active traders and support them through onboarding
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Educate clients on funded accounts, trading platforms, and product offerings
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across products
- Create engaging digital content (short videos, reels, memes, educational content, etc.)
- Be confident on camera and actively participate in marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute growth strategies targeting the Indian market
Requirements
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
- **Fluent in Hindi (mandatory)**
- Knowledge of South Indian languages
(Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada)
- is a strong advantage
- Understanding of forex, crypto, or prop trading industry is a plus
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Comfortable creating content and engaging with online communities
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach
Working Details
Working Days: 5 days a week
