The company has successfully completed 22+ office fit-out projects in JLT alone in last 2 year, along with several projects across mainland UAE, building a strong reputation for reliability and consistent execution.
We have proudly worked with leading clients including M/s Concordia, Colliers, Al Tayer Group and several other reputable organizations in the UAE.
Our focus is on delivering high-quality commercial interior fit-out solutions with professionalism and precision.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced **Business Development Executive / Project Hunter** who can bring in interior fit-out projects (commercial, office, retail, etc.) within the UAE market.
This is a **purely commission-based opportunity** ideal for freelancers, consultants, or well-connected professionals in the construction/interior industry.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new fit-out projects in UAE
- Generate leads through your professional network and market connections
- Bring direct clients, consultants, or subcontracting opportunities
Commission Structure
- Attractive commission: **5% to 10% of total project value** (based on project size and profitability)
- High earning potential for successful project acquisition
- Commission paid upon project confirmation and/or milestone terms (to be agreed)
