Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth in our manpower supply business.
The role involves acquiring new clients, expanding business opportunities, managing client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth manpower deployment and service delivery..
WEEKLY OFF:** Sunday
**EMPLOYMENT VISA:** Will be provided by company
**EXPERIENCE:** Above 3-4 years of UAE experience
**LANGUAGE**S: Must be Fluent in English, Hindi
**DRIVING LICENSE:** Candidates with a valid UAE driving license are preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- **Target : Monthly sales target must be above AED 500,000**
- Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings to present company services
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Attend meetings, site visits, and industry events as required
- Provide regular updates to management on business growth progress.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Follow up on pending payments in coordination with accounts team.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
- Knowledge of UAE manpower supply market is an advantage.
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
