The Business Development Executive will help expand the company’s clientele and drive sustainable financial growth through increased sales and client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Research new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote company products and services while addressing or anticipating client objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts in accordance with applicable laws, rules, and guidelines.
- Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, and related information.
- Provide client feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a business development executive, sales executive, or in a relevant role.
- Proven sales track record.
- Customer support experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Proficiency in English.
- Market knowledge.
- Communication, negotiation, rapport-building, time management, and planning skills.
- BSc or BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
Additional requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Ability to develop effective strategies and tactics for business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
- UAE driving license.
- Arabic language ability is preferred.
Workplace and employment
- The position is full-time.
- Work is performed in person.
