Business Development Director \| Leading Real Estate Developer \| Dubai
Cornerstone Global Partners is working with an established Dubai-based developer to appoint a Business Development Director to support the company’s long-term growth strategy across residential developments.
This role will focus on identifying new opportunities, assessing market conditions, and supporting strategic decision-making across the development portfolio.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate project viability, support pricing strategy, and ensure developments are aligned with market demand and commercial objectives.
Key Experience Required
- 15+ years’ experience within real estate development, investment, strategy, or commercial roles
- Strong understanding of residential built-for-sale projects within the UAE
- Experience preparing feasibility studies, business plans, and financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of market positioning, pricing strategy, and project viability
- Ability to identify new opportunities and support portfolio growth initiatives
- Experience working closely with development, sales, marketing, and finance teams
- Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related discipline (MBA advantageous)
