Position 1: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities in UAE and international markets
- Source suppliers from China, UAE, Europe, America and Africa
- Handle B2B deals (Carrefour, Lulu, Nesto, etc.)
- Participate in Government & Private Tenders (proposal preparation & submission)
- Develop corporate clients and partnerships
- Achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years experience (Trading / B2B / Procurement)
- UAE market knowledge is an advantage
- Tender submission experience will be given priority
- Strong negotiation and communication skills

Position 2: Digital Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads campaigns
- Increase website traffic for altrade.ae
- SEO and product listing optimization (Amazon-style)
- Plan and execute social media content strategy
- Analyze campaign performance and scale results
- Handle marketplace accounts: Temu, Amazon, Noon (product listing, pricing, promotions, order management)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years experience in digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads
- E-commerce marketing experience preferred
- Experience with Temu / Amazon / Noon seller panels
- Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making
