At Auxilium, we are committed to helping businesses establish, grow, and thrive across the UAE and GCC.
As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Corporate Services & Business Setup Advisory to lead our business setup division and drive strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Corporate Services and Business Setup Advisory function.
- Drive business development initiatives and expand the client portfolio across mainland, free zone, and offshore jurisdictions.
- Advise clients on company formation, licensing, regulatory compliance, and market entry strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, free zones, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service delivery and client experience.
- Manage end-to-end business setup projects, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of business setup consultants and corporate services professionals.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the organization.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in UAE business setup, corporate services, or company formation advisory.
- Strong understanding of mainland, free zone, and offshore company structures and regulations.
- Established network within UAE government entities, licensing authorities, and free zones.
- Demonstrated success in business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive operational excellence and business growth.
