Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop business opportunities in Qatar and the GCC market.
- Generate leads and establish relationships with potential clients, consultants, developers, and business partners.
- Follow up on RFQs, tenders, project enquiries, and potential collaborations.
- Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
- Prepare and coordinate proposals, quotations, company profiles, and related documents.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support closing business opportunities.
- Maintain existing client relationships and identify repeat-business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Design, Operations, and Project Management teams on client and project requirements.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and report on leads, opportunities, and activities.
- Follow up on proposals, negotiations, and client communications.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of relevant business development or sales experience.
- Strong Qatar-market knowledge and an established professional network.
- Proven ability to generate leads, develop client relationships, and secure new projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with RFQs, tenders, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business development targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business reporting.
- Experience in interior design, fit-out, construction, architecture, art consultancy, or creative industries is preferred.
- Arabic proficiency and a valid Qatar driving licence are advantages.

- Work location is in person in Doha, Qatar.
