Role Objective

The primary objective of this role is to drive business development and deliver on the company's sales strategy.

This includes meeting monthly sales targets, actively seeking new sales opportunities, and managing all internally allocated leads promptly.

The role requires identifying and partnering with strategic stakeholders to generate new revenue streams, exploring new markets, and contributing to the company's public relations efforts to enhance CBC's profile.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure sales targets are met monthly
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities
  • Manage all internally allocated leads in a timely manner
  • Identify and meet key strategic partners and stakeholders to achieve new revenue streams to meet the annual budgets
  • Identify new markets, devise and executing plans in conjunction with department managers to capitalize on these to boost company value
  • Contribute to public relations plans that grow the public profile of CBC

Key Responsibilities

  • Weekly and monthly individual sales reports are provided in a timely and accurate manner
  • Formulate accurate solutions to present to clients
  • Preparing and presenting accurate proposals within agreed timeframes
  • Devising alternate client attainment strategies
  • Keeping updated on legislative and legal changes that affect the business environment of CBC
  • Develop and sustain valuable relationships between CBC and all clients, referral partners and stakeholders
  • Contribute to annual business development and sales plans
  • Ensure CRM is up to date daily, weekly, and monthly
  • Attend relevant networking events and generate new business

Experience And Education

  • Degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or relevant field
  • 3+ years working in corporate services or professional services within UAE, KSA
  • ADGM/DIFC experience is mandatory
  • Proven sales track record for 3 years
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho)
  • UAE, Saudi Arabia and wider GCC market knowledge
