Job Summary
Injaz Egypt is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support company growth initiatives.
The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence and achieving sales targets across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Prepare and deliver business presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote company services
Requirements
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain professional client relationships
- Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the Middle East market
- Knowledge of B2B sales strategies and market expansion
- Multilingual communication skills are an advantage
