We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
Business Development Admin
to support our business growth initiatives and assist the sales team in generating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Support daily business development operations
- Manage client correspondence and documentation
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations
- Update CRM systems and business records
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities
- Build and maintain databases of prospective clients and key contacts
- Register the company on relevant client, supplier, and procurement portals
- Monitor tender portals and business opportunities
- Generate leads and support outreach activities
- Assist Account Managers by sourcing and sharing qualified leads and client contacts
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain accurate records of business development activities
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales support, administration, or a related field
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems and online registration portals is an advantage
- Strong research and lead-generation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive, results-oriented, and eager to contribute to business growth
