About This Role
Overview
Paradox is looking for an experienced and highly organized Production Manager to join our Qatar team.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing event productions from concept to execution, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end event and production operations
- Lead production planning, scheduling, logistics, and on-site execution
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, freelancers, and internal teams
- Oversee fabrication, installation, AV, staging, and technical requirements
- Monitor production timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure high-quality execution across corporate, governmental, and private events
- Handle supplier negotiations and operational coordination
- Maintain health, safety, and operational compliance standards
- Support problem-solving and decision-making during live events
Preferred Profile
- Proven experience in events, exhibitions, activations, or production management
- Strong understanding of production workflows and event operations in Qatar
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience working with vendors, contractors, and technical teams
- Arabic and English communication skills are an advantage
- Qatar driving license preferred
