The Business Development Account Executive supports the BD team across the commercial cycle, assisting with client engagement, opportunity tracking, proposal preparation, and business development activities.
The role provides hands-on exposure to client-facing work while supporting the BD Director and BD Manager in driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Support the BD Director and BD Manager in managing client relationships and meetings.
- Participate in client pitches, presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Assist in preparing RFP responses, proposals, and quotations.
- Coordinate with Operations to gather information required for commercial offers.
- Track opportunities and maintain accurate pipeline records.
- Update and maintain CRM records, client information, and follow-up activities.
- Research prospective clients and prepare background information ahead of meetings.
- Take meeting notes and follow up on action items.
- Support lead generation and business development activities.
- Represent Shine alongside the BD team at networking events and industry exhibitions.
