Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities in market segments and help develop a pipeline for the new service.
- Collect customer and market insights and build relationships with prospective customers and partners.
- Translate customer needs into product requirements and relay market needs to Product Management and Technology teams.
- Measure performance, analyze root causes, and identify improvements.
- Evaluate purchasing-process improvements to enhance user experience, reduce costs, and improve organizational performance.
- Travel domestically up to 25%.
Basic qualifications
- Speak, write, and read English fluently at C1 level or above.
- Be in the penultimate or final year of a university degree in business, marketing, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Be eligible to complete a full-time 12-month internship.
Preferred qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, communication, teamwork, curiosity, and proactivity are preferred.
- B2C logistics industry experience is preferred.
- Expert use of MS Office, CRMs, sales and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, or eLearning tools is preferred.
