Fllodo is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented **Business Coordinator** to join our growing team in Doha, Qatar.
This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating operations, supporting business activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily business and administrative operations
- Support management with scheduling, reporting, and documentation
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments professionally
- Prepare presentations, reports, and business correspondence
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on action items
- Maintain organized records, databases, and office documentation
- Assist in meeting coordination and operational planning
- Ensure smooth communication between teams and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience in business coordination, administration, or office management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Experience in Qatar or GCC region is an advantage
