About This Role

Job Summary

Laura de Wey LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Coordinator to support daily operations and enhance organizational efficiency.

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating business activities, managing administrative tasks, and facilitating communication across departments and with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Assist in planning, tracking, and executing business projects and initiatives
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external partners
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and follow up on action items
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
  • Support budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking processes
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a coordination, administrative, or business support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
