Job Summary
Bashundhara-BD LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Coordinator to support daily operations, streamline internal processes, and ensure effective communication across departments.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating business activities, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to the company’s operational efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Serve as a liaison between departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents for management review.
- Assist in project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior staff.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
- Support procurement, logistics, and vendor coordination as needed.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and internal communications professionally.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a coordination, administrative, or operations role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools and ERP systems.
- Multilingual abilities (Arabic and English preferred).
