Job Summary

The Business Coordinator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day business operations, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, clients, and external partners.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal business operations and administrative workflows
  • Support project management activities, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting
  • Act as a liaison between management, staff, and clients
  • Prepare business documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Maintain organized records, files, and databases
  • Assist in budgeting, procurement, and invoice tracking where required
  • Schedule and organize meetings, agendas, and follow-ups
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
  • Support business development efforts through research and coordination
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and operational procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in coordination, administration, or operations role
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in consulting, corporate services, or project-based environments
  • Familiarity with CRM or project management tools
  • Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills
