About This Role

Position Summary

The Business Coordinator will support the daily operations of Sinergi Utama LLC’s Doha branch by coordinating business activities, assisting management, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.

This role plays a key part in improving operational efficiency and supporting business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor daily business operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments
  • Assist management in planning, organizing, and executing business activities and projects
  • Serve as a liaison between the Doha branch, headquarters, clients, and suppliers
  • Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and business documentation
  • Manage scheduling, meetings, and communication for management and operational teams
  • Support procurement, contract coordination, and vendor communication when required
  • Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Handle administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, and data management
  • Assist in budgeting and expense tracking in coordination with finance teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations in Qatar

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or business support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and business reporting tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience working in the GCC region, preferably Qatar
  • Knowledge of business operations in trading, construction, or service-based industries
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and dynamic work environments

Pay: Up to QAR640,000.00 per year
