Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day business operations and administrative activities to ensure organizational efficiency
- Serve as a central point of communication between management, staff, clients, and suppliers
- Assist in preparing business reports, presentations, and internal documentation
- Support project coordination, tracking deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups
- Manage scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and key staff
- Maintain accurate records of business transactions, contracts, and correspondence
- Assist in procurement and coordination with vendors and service providers
- Monitor workflow processes and recommend improvements for operational efficiency
- Support marketing and business development initiatives when required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local business regulations in Qatar
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional attitude
- Prior experience in a coordination or administrative role is an advantage

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
