The Role

Business Consultant

• to help us
• build and scale our BD engine from the ground up

• This role sits at the intersection of:
• Consulting
• Sales
• Operations
• You won’t just “advise” clients — you will:
• 👉 Diagnose their problems
• 👉 Show them the gaps
• 👉 Implement Bunyaad as the solution
• You will be directly responsible for
• driving adoption, proving value, and creating revenue impact

What You Will Do

• Work directly with real estate agencies to
• identify operational inefficiencies and revenue leaks
• Break down their current workflows (lead handling, follow-ups, deal tracking, etc.)
• Map those problems to
• Bunyaad’s solutions
• Lead
• end-to-end onboarding and implementation
• Deliver
• clear, actionable insights
• that improve conversions and speed up deal cycles
• Act as a
• trusted advisor
• to agency owners and decision-makers
• Collaborate closely with the internal team to
• refine product based on real market feedback
• Help build and standardize
• BD and consulting playbooks

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in
• consulting, business operations, sales, or growth roles
• Strong ability to
• analyze workflows and identify bottlenecks
• Excellent
• communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
• High level of
• commercial awareness (understanding revenue, margins, growth)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field

Bonus
