Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Consultant with 1–3 years of experience to support clients in setting up and expanding their businesses in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a basic understanding of business setup processes, and a passion for client servicing and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with company formation in mainland, free zone, and offshore jurisdictions
- Provide guidance on business licensing, documentation, and regulatory requirements
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable business solutions
- Generate leads through calls, networking, and digital platforms
- Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process
- Coordinate with government authorities and internal teams for application processing
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in business setup, consulting, or sales (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of UAE business setup processes is an advantage
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
