Responsibilities

• Support invoice billing creation and review for distribution and transportation activities.
• Create accrual files and support financial month-end close.
• Review material purchases, usage, and consumption trends for reporting, billing validation, and safety stock levels.
• Deliver recurring and month-end reports and track client KPIs and SLAs.
• Extract, transform, validate, and reconcile data from SAP, Power BI, SharePoint, and other operational systems.
• Maintain dashboards, trackers, reporting tools, and source files; document KPI definitions, calculations, sources, and requirements.
• Support FTZ reporting and analytics, and investigate KPI or reporting variances.
• Interpret operational data, recommend process improvements, and prepare timely ad hoc reports.
• Work with Operations, Service Delivery, IT, and customers to develop reporting solutions and actionable insights.
• Assist auditors and stakeholders with client-program inquiries; support automation, AI-enabled workflows, continuous improvement, and assigned projects.
• Document current and future-state processes and perform additional duties supporting a safe, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, analytics, data science, accounting, finance, or a similar field, or relevant experience.
• At least two years of experience in a Business Analyst, Consultant, Business Development, or Project Development role.
• Supply chain or logistics background and very good to excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end data flows and their impact on operational reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical, reasoning, problem-solving, communication, organization, planning, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Able to work independently, manage competing priorities and deadlines, present information to stakeholders, and maintain accurate records.
• Able to support a flexible schedule, including occasional after-hours availability.
