Overview

Main Scope of the Role

To monitor business performance (booking & billing), streamline sales processes, and support the Sales Team in achieving departmental targets.

The role acts as a key interface between Sales and Planning and is responsible for generating essential analytical reports for management.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in

Science, Engineering, or Commerce

Main Duties & Responsibilities

1.

Conduct monthly

Billing & Booking Forecasting

with proper analysis.

Quarterly Order Booking Forecasts

for Procurement, Production Planning, and Sales Planning.

3.

Share monthly booking breakdowns with the Sales Director and follow up with MSPs & OPT to meet monthly targets.

4.

Follow up on

SMT updates

with ASMs/MSPs.

5. Finalize

lead times

with Sales Planning quarterly.

6. Assist Sales Team with

short-delivery and premium orders

and confirm deliveries.

7.

Review Sales Orders for multipliers, budget numbers, etc.

Monthly & Annual Sales Presentations

.

9.

Work with the Sales Director on

Annual Budget & Target Setting

.

10.

Share monthly/quarterly/annual billing & booking forecasts with CCPD.

11.

Conduct monthly

Backlog Analysis

.

12.

Review modification requests submitted by Sales.

13.

Act as the liaison between

Sales and Planning

teams.

14.

Coordinate with the Costing team regarding multipliers and pricing.
