Role overview
A leading retail group in the GCC is hiring a Business Analyst to support a wider digital transformation.
The role focuses on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), eCommerce, and mobile.
Location and work arrangement
- The role is based in Dubai.
- The candidate must be able to work on site three days per week.
Contract
- The contract is for three months, with an extension possible.
Requirements
- Proven SFCC experience and at least three years as a Business Analyst in eCommerce or digital product environments are required.
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum models is required.
- Retail and digital project experience are required.
- Relevant eCommerce concepts include catalogs, checkout, payments, promotions, shipping, OMS, and WM.
Responsibilities
- Support a wider digital transformation as a Business Analyst.
- Contribute to eCommerce and mobile-related business analysis work.
