Role overview

Responsibilities

• Gather or enter data in one or more systems and maintain data repositories, including adding, modifying, removing, and archiving records.
• Respond to routine and ad hoc business requests; coordinate with teams to identify issues, apply corrections, and escalate concerns.
• Communicate with stakeholders and assist the supervisor or manager with feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
• Process confidential information according to defined procedures.
• Assess report accuracy and perform quality assurance on imported data, troubleshooting data issues.
• Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and job aids; coordinate priorities and meet deadlines.
• Use and update SharePoint to share information and documentation with the Transportation group.

Experience and education

• 1–2 years of transportation and logistics experience.
• Computer literacy and moderate to advanced Excel skills, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, relationship-building, and organizational skills, including the ability to multitask.
• A college certificate or university degree in supply chain, business, or a technical field is an asset.
