Role overview

Analysis and delivery

• Gather and document requirements; conduct workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to understand current processes, pain points, and future needs.
• Produce BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, and use cases.
• Analyze mortgage products, processes, and customer journeys to identify improvement and automation opportunities.
• Work with Product Owners, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support solution design, facilitate UAT and defect management, and monitor delivery against requirements and timelines.
• Assist with change management, process improvement, and business transformation; support compliance with banking regulations and governance.

Required qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of business analysis experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong experience with mortgage lending, home finance, housing loans, or related lending products.
• Experience gathering complex requirements and mapping end-to-end mortgage and loan origination processes.
• Strong understanding of lending operations, credit assessment, customer onboarding, and loan servicing.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall; strong stakeholder, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting system implementations, digital transformation, or process improvement.

Preferred experience

• Saudi banking or mortgage-provider experience and familiarity with Saudi mortgage regulations, products, and lending practices are preferred.
• Experience with Loan Origination Systems, Core Banking Systems, CRM platforms, or digital banking solutions is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAMA regulations and banking governance frameworks is preferred.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile Business Analysis, or equivalent certification is advantageous.
