Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and refine business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications with stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities for transformation and digital initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Create reports, dashboards, presentations, and recommendations for business decision-making.
• Collaborate with business, sales, and technical teams to align solutions with objectives and stakeholder needs.
• Participate in workshops, meetings, and requirements sessions while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Support project planning, testing, prioritization, progress tracking, and project documentation.
• Align client requirements with development direction and acceptance criteria; report progress and product improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, IT, engineering, or a related field.
• Recent graduate or early-career professional with up to 1–2 years of experience, including internships.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic native.
• Foundational understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and processes.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, including identifying improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills; ability to work with data and derive insights.
• Excel, Power BI, or similar tools are an advantage, not a stated requirement.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a structured approach to work.
