Project management and coordination

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of international projects and strategic initiatives.
• Track milestones, deliverables, timelines, and action items.
• Prepare project updates, management reports, and stakeholder presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support delivery.

Market research and strategic analysis

• Research international payment markets, financial infrastructure, and industry developments.
• Analyze market opportunities, regulatory developments, and competitive landscapes.
• Prepare concise research reports, strategic briefs, and executive presentations.
• Support identification and evaluation of new markets and commercial opportunities.

Business development and engagement

• Assist with business development involving central banks, financial institutions, and payment infrastructure operators.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials; coordinate international stakeholder meetings and professional communications.
• Contribute to market-entry strategies and new business initiatives.

Essential candidate requirements

• Recently completed bachelor's or master's degree with First Class Honours from a UK university, or equivalent academic distinction from an internationally recognized institution.
• Professional working proficiency in French or Italian is mandatory, in addition to strong English communication skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management; proactive and adaptable approach with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.

Desirable qualifications and interests

• A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, International Relations, Engineering, or a related discipline is desirable.
• Previous internship, placement-year, or project experience is desirable.
• Interest in financial technology, digital payments, international business, or consulting is desirable.
• Familiarity with data analysis, AI productivity tools, or business intelligence platforms is desirable.
