About the Role
We are seeking a
Commercial Card Business Analyst
who can transform complex card data into actionable insights that drive product innovation, enhance customer experience, and strengthen business performance.
You will collaborate across business and technology teams, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and governance in a fast‑paced digital environment.
Candidate must hold a valid UAE work visa
Requirements
- Minimum
- 5+ years
- in a similar role, ideally in Financial Services.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Background in financial industry or consulting preferred.
- Exposure to digital data (app/web) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Business & Strategy
- Align daily analysis with organizational goals.
- Translate customer needs into data‑driven improvements.
- Communicate insights effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Solve business challenges with structured, logical thinking.
- Manage projects and collaborate across teams.
Technical & Analytics
- Define and deliver data use cases supporting business priorities.
- Apply statistical methods and visualization for analysis.
- Build dashboards/reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Extract and manage data with SQL.
- Uphold data privacy, quality, and governance standards.
- Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio for analysis and process mapping.
