We are looking for a
Commercial Card Business Analyst
who can turn complex card data into clear insights that help improve products, customer experience, and business performance.
You will work with both business and technology teams, making sure data is accurate, useful, and supports smart decision‑making in a fast‑moving, digital environment.
Candidate Must hold a valid UAE work visa
Non‑Technical
- Think strategically and connect daily work to company goals.
- Understand customer needs and use data to improve their experience.
- Communicate insights clearly to different teams.
- Solve business problems with logical thinking.
- Work well with others and manage projects effectively.
Technical
- Define and deliver data use cases that support business priorities.
- Analyze data using statistical methods and visualization.
- Build dashboards and reports with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Use SQL to extract and manage data.
- Ensure data privacy, quality, and governance.
- Use Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio for analysis, presentations, and process mapping.

Requirements
- **Experience**
- – Minimum
- 5+ years
- in a similar role, ideally in Financial Services.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Background in financial industry or consulting is preferred.
- Exposure to digital data (app/web) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
