We are hiring a
Technical PMO Manager
with expertise in
loyalty platforms
and
system integrations
to lead delivery across banking and partner ecosystems.
The role combines program governance with technical coordination across
APIs
, middleware, and data flows to ensure seamless loyalty journeys including accrual, redemption, and partner onboarding.
Responsibilities
- **Program Delivery:**
- Lead multi-stream loyalty initiatives, manage PMO frameworks, track milestones, and ensure timelines/budgets are met.
- **Technical Integration:**
- Oversee banking, loyalty, and partner integrations; align on API/middleware specs; manage data flows and dependencies.
- **Platform Implementation:**
- Support accrual/redemption journeys, partner onboarding, SIT/UAT testing, and go-live readiness.
- **Issue Resolution:**
- Identify risks, conduct root cause analysis, resolve integration issues, and implement preventive measures.
- **Stakeholder Management:**
- Engage senior stakeholders, provide structured reporting, and ensure alignment across teams and partners.
Requirements
- **Mandatory:**
- Strong technical knowledge of APIs, middleware, and data flows; hands-on loyalty platform implementation/testing; proven end-to-end delivery leadership.
- **Relevant:**
- 8+ years in technical program management, ideally in banking, payments, or loyalty.
- **Preferred:**
Experience
in KSA/GCC banking environments, exposure to loyalty vendors, PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications.
