We are looking for experienced
Business Analysts
with strong expertise in
Retail Lending Transformation
to join a leading banking client in the UAE.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in either
Loan Origination Systems (Los)
or
Loan Management Systems (Lms) & Collections
, with proven involvement in banking transformation and migration projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FSD, User Stories, Process Flows).
- Work closely with Business, IT, Operations, Product Owners, and Vendors to deliver end-to-end lending solutions.
- Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping.
- Support solution design, system integration, SIT/UAT, defect management, and production rollout.
- Collaborate on system migration and transformation initiatives.
Mandatory Skills
✅ 8–10+ years of Banking/Financial Services experience.
✅ Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience in Retail Lending.
Candidates should have experience in
either
of the following domains:
Loan Origination (Los)
- Loan Origination Systems (Flowable, Newgen, Finacle Origination, FinnOne, Pega, Camunda, or similar)
- Customer Onboarding
• BPMN And Workflow Management
- Loan Disbursement
Loan Management & Collections (Lms)
- FinnOne Neo, Nucleus LMS, Intellect, Finacle, TCS BaNCS, or similar platforms
- Loan Servicing
• Collections & Recovery
- Delinquency Management
