Key Responsibiliti

• esGather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for digital banking initiative
• s.Create detailed user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteri
• a.Work closely with product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycl
• e.Prepare and maintain API specifications, integration documents, and data mapping artefact
• s.Analyze integrations between digital channels and core banking system
• s.Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution review
• s.Maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and ensure complete traceability from requirement to testin
• g.Support SIT, UAT, defect triage, and production release activitie
• s.Perform gap analysis and impact assessments for change requests and enhancement initiative
• s.Ensure documentation quality, version control, and compliance with banking and regulatory requirement
• s.

Required Skills & Experie
