Role overview

Location and work arrangement

• Hybrid arrangement combining onsite and remote work.
• Role description names Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Fujairah, UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate requirements; analyze processes and identify improvements.
• Translate needs into functional and non-functional requirements; facilitate stakeholder workshops.
• Maintain BRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Coordinate with development, testing, and project teams; support change management and user adoption.
• Participate in UAT, monitor progress and risks, communicate status, and support continuous improvement.

Required qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least four years as a Business Analyst in technology, digital transformation, or IT projects.
• Experience managing requirements, creating process maps and business documents, and working with project delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

Preferred qualifications

• CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, or equivalent certification.
• Enterprise transformation or digitalization experience; process improvement knowledge.
• Data analysis, reporting, or dashboarding tools; change management knowledge; UAE or GCC experience.

Employment arrangement

• Freelance / independent contractor engagement; initial contract duration is six months with potential extension.
